Financing for the purchase, whicn was made through an NTS affiliate, , was provided by the , accordingf to a news release. The purchasw price was not disclosed. The previous owner was PlainviewApartmentsw LP, a Denver-based investment partnership, accordinfg to online records from the Jefferson County Property Valuatio n Administrator and the Kentucky Secretary of Its assessed value for tax purposes is $9.7 according to the PVA Web site.
