In a filing with the SEC, WellCarew said O’Neill’s amended employment agreement callas for him to continue to receive his current base salarty of not lessthan $41,667 a month. He also coul get a cash bonuw of 50 percent of his annual base salary if he achieved certainperformance goals. If he stayxs on the job through the end ofthe he’s in line for an additional cash bonus of at least the filing said.
Financial terms of Susanin’s new positioj were not immediately disclosed. Before joining WellCare, O’Neilp was a partner at , generalo counsel for the , and an assistan U.S. attorney. Susanin previously was counsel to and then a partner in the law and also anassistant U.S. attorney for the District of Columbiaa and the eastern district of Pennsylvania.
