Denver, Cleveland and Portland tied for having the lowestg percentage ofmotorists -- 51 percentt -- who see other drivers speeding every day out of 25 U.S. cities surveyed, according to the fourth annual "Inj the Driver's Seat Road Rage Survey." At the otherf extreme, San Diego and Houstobn drivers were the most likely to see speederseach day, at 58 percenty each, AutoVantage said.
